Sergeant Information

Sergeant Wilbur began his law enforcement career in 1977 as a reserve officer with the City of Wauwatosa Police Department. In 1978 he joined the Waukesha County Park Police which patrolled the Waukesha County Park System, Waukesha County Fair, and other nature centers.

During this time Sgt. Wilbur also worked for the Village of Big Bend Police Department and the Village of Palmyra Police Department. 

In 1985 Sgt. Wilbur was hired as an officer with the Pewaukee Police Department. In 1991 Sgt. Wilbur was promoted to Corporal in 1991 and in 1997 he was promoted to his current as Sergeant. In that role, Sgt. Wilbur jointly oversees the patrol operations on the police department’s 2^nd shift.

Sgt Wilbur is also a certified firearms instructor and is a member of the police department’s Accident Reconstruction Team. In addition, Sgt. Wilbur manages the police department’s alcohol compliance and enforcement program.
