Pewaukee Police Department
The City of Pewaukee Police Department is a full-time 24 hour provider of police services for the City of Pewaukee.Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. Our patrol officers are on duty 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
The police department is responsible for the safety and protection of 13,447 city residents and over 7,000+ local employees.
It is the mission of the City of Pewaukee Police Department to increase public safety and enhance the quality of life in this community. We will achieve this mission by providing professional police services in a safe and effective manner.
Daily, we will work towards achieving our mission objectives through a campaign of public education and quality enforcement efforts. We will also enhance our mission by strengthening our partnership with this community through a philosophy of proactive, community involved policing.
Together, as a team, we will mutually respect and support each other to foster a climate of cooperation. REWARD - UP TO $5000
The City of Pewaukee Police Department is currently investigating a fatal hit and run accident that occurred Friday June 8, 2007 at approximately 10:50pm. The accident occurred on westbound CTH JJ (Bluemound Rd) over ISH 94 just west of CTH TJ (Silvernail Rd)
Evidence collected during this investigation linking both vehicles to this accident. Precision Gears & The Kemper Family will provide a reward up to $5000.00 for information leading to arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.
Investigation has determined the suspect vehicle is believed to be 1998-2000 Dodge Caravan. The suspect vehicle is Champaign Pearl in color (light gold). The vehicle fled west on Bluemound Rd from the scene.
The suspect vehicle will have front end grill damage and right front headlight assembly damage.
Subsequent investigation into the fatal hit & run accident on Friday June 8, 2007 at approximately 10:50 pm has identified a second vehicle involved in this accident.
In addition to the light gold 1998 – 2000 Chrysler, Dodge or Plymouth minivan the City of Pewaukee Police Department is looking for a 1987 – 1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88.
- The gold van will have driver side front fender damage (wheel well or “splash guard”)
- The Delta 88 (unknown color) will have front end damage including missing grille parts on the passenger side and headlight damage.
